I hope that's how it's spelled! :) I felt so honored to join in the making of pierogi with Joe's mom, aunt and gma. We spent a good portion of Monday morning working at it. (I got to assemble them, a good detail task, just what I like!) The recipe was passed down from Joe's gma's mother-in-law. Pierogi is traditionally a Polish/Czech/Europeon dish. (see
